What is the best way to store my dry product?

Airtight glass jars are the ideal storage containers for spices. It is best to store spices away from heat and light, making a drawer or cabinet your best options. We do recommend storing certain products, like Tomato Powder, in the refrigerator to extend the shelf life.

What is the best way to store my prepared product?

Prepared product should be stored in a chilled environment such as a refrigerator.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, we offer pick ups at the St. Jacobs Farmers market on Thursdays and Saturdays. If you would like to place an order online to be picked up, please select pick up during the online ordering process. Or you can contact us directly via phone or email to place an order.

Do your products contain MSG?

No, none of our seasonings contain MSG. Our products contain 100% all natural ingredients, no preservatives, and some of our dips are also Gluten Free.

Can I make a change to my order after it is placed?

If you are looking to add items, change items, remove items or combine two or more orders together, this must be done the same day, as soon as possible, before orders are shipped. Please double check orders before submitting to ensure your order is accurate. It is possible that if you reach out right away we can make an adjustment. Contact Customer Experience who will be able to check on your order status and confirm.

Are the mixes you offer easy to prepare?

Yes. Most mixes simply require the addition of basic items such sour cream, cream cheese or mayonnaise. Our detailed descriptions will let you know what is required for preparation.

Is my order secure?

Yes. All purchases are secured by Shopify approved payment processors. At no time is your full credit card number stored on our system or accessible by staff. In compliance with bank requirements, the last 4 digits of your credit card number are stored to help you identify your payment method on your customer profile.

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are located. Orders that are paid and processed will take 5-7 business days to arrive within North America. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Can I track my order?

All orders are automatically updated via email or SMS with tracking information provided within your order confirmation email.

What shipping carries do you see?

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout for your own preference.

We offer our flavour mixes in FDA approved soft plastic, sealed, bags.

Can I purchase products for Corporate or Business event use?

Yes. Spices are a wonderful gift for corporate events, real estate clients, weddings, and other occasions. Purchase our bulk order package or,email us for large custom orders.

How do I cancel my order?

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. If you need to cancel an order, email us as soon as possible, before your order is packaged and shipped.

Can I return my product?

If there is a valid reason to return a product, we are happy to provide this service. As we deal with returns on a case by case basis, please email us, with photos and explanation.

Why is my flat rate shipping to high?

Our flat rate shipping is determined by calculating various shipping costs based on package weight. While it may seem high, it reflects the best price possible, and we even contribute towards your shipping expenses. For a more tailored quote or lower shipping rates, feel free to contact us.
