Can I make a change to my order after it is placed?

If you are looking to add items, change items, remove items or combine two or more orders together, this must be done the same day, as soon as possible, before orders are shipped. Please double check orders before submitting to ensure your order is accurate. It is possible that if you reach out right away we can make an adjustment. Contact Customer Experience who will be able to check on your order status and confirm.

Is my order secure?

Yes. All purchases are secured by Shopify approved payment processors. At no time is your full credit card number stored on our system or accessible by staff. In compliance with bank requirements, the last 4 digits of your credit card number are stored to help you identify your payment method on your customer profile.

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are located. Orders that are paid and processed will take 2-7 business days to arrive within Canada and North America . Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Can I track my order?

All orders are automatically updated via email or SMS with tracking information provided within your order confirmation email.

What shipping carries do you see?

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout for your own preference.

How do you package your product?

Our products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We use high-quality materials to protect your order during transit. If you have any specific packaging preferences or questions, feel free to let us know!

How do I cancel my order?

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. If you need to cancel an order, email us as soon as possible, before your order is packaged and shipped.

Please have the subject line read: “Urgent: Cancel Order”

Please note: Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours and if they are in processing status. 

Can I return my product?

If there is a valid reason to return a product, we are happy to provide this service. please email us, with photos and explanation.
